How do I print a document with EkCopy?
Open the print editor, sign in and add your files. Choose the available print settings and a participating shop, then review the files, location and cost before submitting. Check your order status and arrange collection with your selected shop.
What is an EkCopy OTP?
When you set up a print job in the editor, EkCopy gives you an OTP. Share it at the shop and the shopkeeper opens your job with your files and print settings, so there is nothing to explain at the counter.
Which file types can I upload?
The editor accepts PDF, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations and common image formats, including JPG and PNG. Some files need conversion before they can be printed. Review the preview after conversion to make sure your layout looks right.
Can I print documents from WhatsApp?
Yes. EkCopy supports WhatsApp sign-in and files sent through WhatsApp. Open the editor to sign in, select your files, choose print settings and review your order before you submit it.
Looking for a Xerox or print shop near you?
Use the shop selector in EkCopy to see participating print shops and choose a convenient location. Availability depends on the shops connected to EkCopy. For photocopying a physical original or other services, check directly with the shop.
How much does document printing cost?
The total depends on the selected shop, your files, print settings and any applicable platform fee. Review the cost shown in the editor before submitting. EkCopy does not have one fixed print price for every shop.
Can I choose black-and-white or double-sided printing?
The editor includes colour or black-and-white printing, number of copies, page ranges and single- or double-sided options where available for your document. Always review your final choices and confirm any special requirements with the shop.
