Delete your EkCopy data

Your data is yours to remove. Some of it you can clear yourself in a few taps. For everything else, one email is enough.

Clear your files right now

Sign in at ekcopy.com/send, open your profile, find Your WhatsApp files and press Clear files. From then on, no shop can see or print them.

Delete everything

Your customer account

Email admin@ekcopy.com with the subject "Delete my EkCopy data" and the WhatsApp number you use with EkCopy. We may message that number on WhatsApp to check it is yours. Your profile, files and print history are deleted within 30 days, and we tell you when it is done.

Your print shop

Email admin@ekcopy.com with the subject "Delete my EkCopy shop", the shop name and the owner's WhatsApp number. Once the owner confirms, the shop, its staff profiles and its stored data are deleted within 30 days.

Your shop's own WhatsApp number

• To pause it: in EkCopy, go to Shop Settings and press Turn off. EkCopy stops taking files from that number at once. We keep the encrypted access token, so Turn back on works without connecting again.
• To disconnect for good: remove EkCopy from the WhatsApp Business app or your Meta Business settings. Meta tells us, and we delete the stored access token.

If you signed in with Facebook

EkCopy uses Facebook Login only so a shop can connect its WhatsApp Business number. To remove EkCopy's access, disconnect the number as above and remove EkCopy under Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. To delete the data EkCopy stored from it, write to admin@ekcopy.com.

What may stay longer

Only records the law makes us keep, such as billing records.
